Gruner Renewable Energy (GRE) is a pioneer in developing and operating BioCNG plants, transforming organic waste into clean, renewable energy through sustainable innovation. As it scales its core operations, GRE is expanding into its own asset development and BioCNG retail outlets to bring green fuel directly to consumers.

Utkarsh is the founder of the Gruner Group, leading India’s clean-energy transition through large-scale BioCNG project expansion. Astute Synergies is his vision — a manufacturing arm pairing German engineering with world-class Indian production to power a circular economy.
Mehmet Oenal
A civil engineer and technical leader with over two decades of experience and 500+ project executions across renewable energy and construction. He has led biogas, biomethane, wind and solar projects across Europe and managed BioConstruct GmbH.
Niranjanappa M. Panchal
With three decades of experience across India and the Middle East, Mr. Panchal leads Astute’s plant engineering and production. He has previously worked with global firms such as Aramco and other leading manufacturers.
Rahul Sharma
24 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations and business transformation across the automotive and heavy engineering sectors, with a track record of driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Julianna Posey
A PhD-qualified solid-mechanics engineer with deep expertise in materials selection, the mechanical behaviour of materials and design engineering. She leads the design and materials division at Astute Synergies.
